Eric R. Rasmussen is a writer, composer, journalist and filmmaker.
He’s the author of nine novels, including Zip Monkey, Detective J and the three-volume work The Ghost and the Hemispheres.
Eric is also the sole musical force behind the rock act Salon De La Guerre, which released its 32nd album in 2022.
Eric is the director, writer and co-creator of the online comedy series “The Retributioners” starring his wife Stephanie Scott.
He lives in New York City with Stephanie and their son.
Eric began writing his blog Beauty is Imperfection in 2006 on MySpace, where most of these entries first appeared.
